Amara Watersports is run by the owner, a very nice and friendly woman. I rented a SUP on a rainy & windy day, and was intending on braving the rough waters by myself, when an instructer (Robert) offered to help me out in the water because he was concerned for my safety. Robert was very friendly and encouraging, and gave me tips for balancing and paddling. He even taught me how to surf when I said I wanted to try it. I paid the full 600฿ for the lesson instead of just a rental (for 350฿) even though the instructor probably wasn’t expecting it, because of the good service. Would definitely recommend - Robert is an amazing instructor!
First time trying to wind surf and this was a perfect experience. Robert was a great instructor and took it slow which really helped me learn fast. Robert is Thai but speaks English very good and was able to communicate well for learning. All the staff was great too and very friendly.
It's a beautiful beach with a lot of sport activities.

Nice beach with a lot of wind and kite-surfers, nice restaurant and shops.
Great atmosphere, friendly staff and new professional equipment.
